Kalkan transforms at dusk as it begins to bustle with activity - people come out at night to stroll along the twisting active streets by the peaceful harbour, or meet friends and family in one of the many coffee shops and bars.
Nightlife mainly centres on eating, drinking and people watching, although there are a few live music venues in Kalkan itself.
As Kalkan has strict codes of practice for bars, excessive noise is prohibited, ensuring a good night's sleep for all. However, if you do want to let your hair down, there are a couple of clubs just outside of town to go to.
